A fun and exciting workout designed to get your heart-rate UP and keep it UP.  Anywhere from 18-24mins of high intensity bodyweight moves to hit every muscle group. Always challenging and no two classes are the same.

Functional Fitness

This is a classic Crossfit class which takes place outside. No two classes are the same and it is generally structured to a 10-15min warm up/mobility followed by 15-20min strength/skill work where we focus on one particular strength or skill be it deadlifts, snatches, hand stand push ups, rope climbs etc, finishing with a 15-20 WOD (workout) which will be a full body intense workout incorporating many different aspects of fitness.
